I’m Nicolle, a CIMPSA qualified fitness instructor and UFEA C Licenced football coach. I work with women and girls, empowering them to lead longer, healthier, and happier lives. Restoring balance and building strength, confidence, and resilience through fitness, movement, nutrition, and overall wellbeing

Our incredible female body is different to a man’s. From how we use our energy systems to burn and store fat, to how we build muscle, train, move, sleep and eat.
Everything we do, feel and think is controlled largely by our female hormones.
Which is why I am super focused on enhancing the health, well-being and performance outcomes for female.




Flexible membership options to suit your fitness needs
Our monthly membership packages automatically renew, unless you tell us to stop. Outdoor sessions run all year round, come rain or shine, as scheduled, except for two week of Christmas, part of the Summer and Easter breaks. Our memberships are based on 40 weeks of sessions per year.
Sessions may be subject to cancellation (due to mitigating circumstances) – advanced notification will be given, where possible.
