Q Move Fitness is more than a fitness company; I specialise in personalised one-to-one training, group fitness, nutrition guidance, and strength and conditioning coaching specifically for women and girls. My approach is holistic and sustainable, aiming to optimise health and wellbeing throughout every stage of your life.
I combine science-backed knowledge with lived experience to provide engaging and adaptive fitness programmes, specifically tailored for women. My focus is on physical exercise, movement, emotional well-being, and social connection, leading to enjoyable and inclusive coaching tailored specifically for females.
Whether you’re in your 40s, managing a busy career alongside family responsibilities and your own health, or a teenage girl discovering your strength for the first time, Q Move Fitness offers a friendly, calm, and non-judgmental environment. I’m Nicolle, a CIMPSA-qualified personal trainer, fitness & wellbeing coach, and a UFEA C-licensed football coach. I work with women and girls, empowering them to lead longer, healthier, and stronger lives. Pay-as-you-go and flexible PT sessions are a great way to get started on your health and fitness journey. Sessions may be subject to cancellation (due to mitigating circumstances) – advanced notification will be given, where possible.
Monthly payment packages are available for all 12-week personalised programmes or more. Helping you spread the cost of your sessions over a longer term and creating the consistency needed to see positive results in your health and wellbeing.
