Ready to book your first group fitness session?
Our goal is to create an environment where women, no matter their ability, experience or fitness level, feel confident to be more active. However, ensuring your safety and wellbeing is vitally important.
Before you begin your health and fitness journey with Q Move Fitness, we need to check you are fit and well enough to participate in physical activity. We also need to be aware of any injuries or health conditions you have that may impact your ability to safely perform certain exercises or indicate that we need to adjust certain exercises to support your needs.
Important to note – If you answer yes to any of the health screening questions, we would advise you to speak to your GP before participating in any of our sessions.
