Group Fitness Sessions

Life is super busy, and many of us struggle to do enough physical activity in a week, let alone in a day. Everyone is different, and we all have different schedules, demands, barriers and commitments that prevent us from exercising as much as we would like and need.  

At Q Move Fitness in Cambridge, we believe physical activity to be vital for your performance, energy levels, hormonal balance, stress management, resilience and wellbeing at work and in your everyday life.  

Our outdoor group fitness, strength and conditioning sessions have been designed to help you prioritise your health, fitness and wellbeing, allowing you to seamlessly build physical activity into your day and week, without compromising your other commitments.
