Group Outdoor Fitness Sessions

I get it – life is super busy, and many of us (including me) struggle to do enough physical activity in a week, let alone in a day. Everyone is different, and we all have different schedules, demands and commitments that prevent us from exercising as much as we would like and need.  

At Q Move Fitness in Cambridge, we believe physical movement to be vital for your performance, energy levels, hormonal balance, stress management, resilience and wellbeing at work and in your everyday life.  

Our group outdoor fitness and movement sessions have been designed to help you prioritise your health, fitness and wellbeing, allowing you to seamlessly build physical activity into your day and week, without compromising your other commitments.
