Female-focused health, fitness and nutrition coaching

I founded Q Move Fitness to support women and girls in becoming more active, stronger, and healthier – not just in their bodies, but in every area of their lives. My coaching is about so much more than just workouts; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and long-term wellbeing through movement.

As a CIMSPA-qualified personal trainer, female fitness coach, and UEFA C-licensed football coach, I combine science-led training with real-life experience to deliver inclusive, strength-based programmes that empower women and teenage girls to thrive – whether that’s in the gym, on the pitch, or in everyday life.

Through personalised 1-to-1 coaching, small group training and sport-specific strength programmes, I specialise in helping women:

  • Build lean muscle and strength
  • Improve energy, posture, confidence and fitness
  • Develop healthy habits around food, recovery and mindset
  • Train confidently through different life stages – from teen years to postnatal and menopause support

My approach is positive, practical, and grounded in what works. Whether you’re returning to exercise, building sport-specific strength, or looking to boost your fitness in a way that feels right for you, I’ll meet you where you’re at – and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Female Fitness Coach

Our understanding of the female body is evolving. The latest science and learning indicate that as females, we need to train, rest, fuel, and recover differently from men and that our hormones impact our energy levels, muscles, bones, fat storage, state of mind, and sleep more than we realise.

Much of what we are taught and thought about female physiology is being questioned, and it can often feel like you’re caught in a minefield of contradictory advice, inaccurate information and opportunistic marketing.

As a woman in my 40s and a mum to two teenage girls, and through my own journey to better health, fitness, and wellbeing, I am discovering how I can better understand and work with my body as a woman and I want to share the science, insights and my experiences with women like you, so that you too can thrive through every stage of your life – from adolescence to adulthood, through pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
