Combining low and high-impact training, strength and conditioning with mindful movement exercises, our group outdoor fitness sessions are specifically designed to boost energy, enhance fitness, reduce stress, and build strength for women.

Move your body to the music. Building strength, focus and endurance to power you through your day.

High-impact cardio, strength and power interval sessions to music. Designed to be inclusive, social and energy boosting. Elevate your heart rate, build strength, and improve your fitness outdoors.

Sundowner

Unwind,  shift your focus, and release any stress and tension from your day with a full-body strength and conditioning session to music.

Low and high impact, functional movements and body weight exercises to target the lower and upper muscle groups, designed to improve your overall strength, balance and coordination.  Bring a yoga mat for a restorative post-workout cool down and stretch

Our outdoor fitness sessions are held on the Rec at Landbeach Community Centre and next to the football pitches at North Lodge Park in Milton.
