Nicolle, a CIMSPA-qualified Personal Trainer and UEFA C Football Coach will coach you. With a background in sports coaching, women’s health, and psychology, I follow a science-led and holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.

Designed for girls aged 13+, to support growing bodies and minds, with an emphasis on confidence, coordination, strength, and fun. 

Ideal for: Girls involved in sport, or those who want to be physically active but don’t enjoy PE or traditional gym settings.

Partner or Small Group Training

Train with a friend, sibling, or in a small group (2–4 people) to stay motivated and accountable, while still receiving personalised coaching.
